Our Services
We offer a range of metal coating services that include powder coating, thermal spraying, and electrostatic painting. We use sandblasting before metal surface treatments to remove previous coatings and impurities like rust. All of this is offered at our facility located near Westchester County, in the Wakefield section of the Bronx.
Our Facility
Our large powder coating oven accommodates metal objects 30’ long x 12’ wide x 10’ high. Our sandblasting space can handle metal objects up to 25’ long x 12’ wide x 12’ high. These allow us to turn around projects faster than smaller shops and to take on work other shops can’t handle. We can scale up or down depending on your needs and offer practical solutions for even the trickiest metal-surface treatment issues.
