Translucent Colors
Our client chose Shocker Yellow, a bright color that is actually a clear coat. To make the color pop, apply it over a bright chrome color.
We lightly sandblasted this roll cage to remove any impurities from the fabrication process. Then we applied iron phosphate to prevent rust and create a better bond between the powder and metal.
The first coat was a shiny chrome. The yellow-green translucent color was sprayed on top. The final result is a vivid lemon-lime.
