Powder Coating
We recommend powder coating metal objects because the quality of the finish is outstanding.
Our large oven allows us to powder coat items up to 30-feet long and our facility has the space and equipment to handle large and/or heavy pieces. With a wide-range of colors and finishes, powder coating provides the best look and value.
Thermal Spraying / Metalizing
Protect your metal object from corrosion with thermal spray coating. Also called, metalizing, this technique is similar to powder coating but, instead of powder, a metal alloy is heated to adhere to the object’s surface. Metalizing can create thicker coats than paint which provides added protection.
Thermoplastic Coating
In addition to powder coating, we offer thermoplastic coating for outdoor metal objects. Thermoplastic has a smooth, soft feel and is super durable helping it withstand daily wear and tear. Thermoplastic is a good choice because it is resistant to corrosion and UV radiation so objects retain their color and last longer.
Sandblasting
Our in-house sandblasting services can be used as a stand-alone service or as part of a larger project on a metal piece. We highly recommend sandblasting to get rid of rust, old paints or coatings, factory-provided finishes, etc. The original metal surface is then ready for a new coating or spray.
Electrostatic Painting
For metal that is already installed, such as window trim, stairways, railings, etc. we offer on-site electrostatic painting services. Create a clean, factory-like finish with very little over-spray (resulting in less wasted paint and little clean-up). The work is cost effective with minimal disruption.
