Electrostatic painting is cost effective and efficient; creating a smooth, factory-like enamel finish on metal. We recommend electrostatic painting because it creates very little over-spray, which means less mess, less waste of paint, and less clean up. The metal surface will look brand new with no unsightly brush strokes.

Our Electrostatic Painting Process

When you work with Gotham, our electrostatic painting services include stripping and/or sanding the surface down to the bare metal. Starting over fresh will give the metal a longer lasting and cleaner finish. We come in to prep what we will be painting, treating the metal to clean grease, dust, etc. We also prep the area by masking the windows and protecting the walls and flooring.

How Much Does Electrostatic Painting Cost?

To give you are accurate cost for your project, we will need to work with you to understand the space and requirements. A site visit, or photos, will be needed. The size and scale of the project determines the cost and how long our electrostatic painting process takes.

If your metal has not been installed, or can be removed and transported to our site, powder coating may be a good choice of your project. We will talk you through your options.
